Definitions

Each of the terms mentioned below have in these Conditions of Sale of PostAds Service (hereinafter the "Conditions") the following meanings:

Announcement : refers to all the elements and data (visual, textual, sound, photographs, drawings), presented by an Advertiser editorial under his sole responsibility, in order to buy, rent or sell a product or service and broadcast on the Website and Mobile Site.

Advertiser : means any natural or legal person, who holds an account and having submitted an announcement, from it, on the Website. Any Advertiser must be connected to the Personal Account for deposit and or manage its ads. Ad first deposit automatically entails the establishment of a Personal Account to the Advertiser.

Personal Account : refers to the free space than any Advertiser must create and which it should connect from the Website to disseminate, manage and view its ads.

PostAds : means the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site PostAds, based in the United Kingdom.

Customer Service : PostAds, means the department to which the Advertiser may obtain further information. This service can be contacted via email by clicking the link on the Website and Mobile Site.

PostAds Service : PostAds, means the services made available to Users and Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.

Website : means the website operated by PostAds, accessed mainly from the URL http://PostAds.ai and allowing Users and Advertisers to access the Service via internet PostAds.

User : any visitor with access to PostAds Service via the Website and Mobile Site and Consultant Service PostAds accessible from different media.

Subject

These Terms and Conditions Of Use establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by an Advertiser connected to its Personal Account from the Website and Mobile Site.

Acceptance

Any use of the website by an Advertiser is full acceptance of the current Terms.

Responsibility

Responsibility for PostAds can not be held liable for non-performance or improper performance of due control, either because of the Advertiser, or a case of major force.

Modification of these terms

PostAds reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions.

Advertisers are advised to consult the Terms to be aware of the changes.

How do I get banned really quickly?

Do not post duplicate ads or images in various cities. This will have a negative impact for your business.

We delete ALL duplicate Ads and images.

Post 1 x Ad within your own City or Region.

Adult and Escorts

We do not allow any adult and /or escort ads on PostAds.ai. This relates to any ads, which would be considered non-family safe.

Pets and Scams

We recognize that there are genuine sellers of pets along with professional scammers. We use best efforts to identify scam sellers of pets and adopt a variety of methods to ascertain whether pet ads posted on PostAds.ai appear on any pet scam forums. We check the users IP, names and email addresses. Scam pet sellers tend to post the same ads in various countries and cities. When the system detects the same pet ads being posted across multiple countries/cities, these ads are deleted. Should any ad appear to be fake, please kindly report such and we can review and carryout further due diligence.

Why has my Ad been deleted?

10% of all ads posted are deleted. Please don’t take it personally! There will be a reason why your ad was deleted. Do not include keywords, such as money or loans in your ad title, which is considered toxic for SEO. Maybe you failed to add a cool photo or began posting in multiple regions or simple posted your ad within the wrong category. Should your ad be deleted, you will need a new email address as this would have been added automatically to a ban list.

Bating of keyword sentences results in an immediate ban

This relates to any ads posted, which attempts to pass-off Ads as another legal entity. For example, an Ad, which says HP, McAfee, Norton or any Airline support telephone numbers, whereby the poster is not the actual business.

Do not post offensive images

Ads posted on subjects like, loans, money, illuminati, cash offers, love spells, weight loss, work from home are deleted. These types of ads are harmful for SEO keyword positioning, whereby its beneficial to all users that these types of ad subjects are removed.

Ads posted without an image are often deleted.

Ads posted in uppercase letters are deleted.

Ads posted which relate to any pills or fluids and orally taken are deleted.

Ads posted which relates to loans or financial agreements, unless we can see a banking license on your website.

Should you post ads, which includes any of the below topics, you will be IP banned forever.

Any form of ATM cards

Any form of hunting equipment

Anything which would be considered stolen

Black dollars

Blood, donor, surrogacy

Bongs or water pipes

Cigarettes and tobacco

Citizenship

Currency Cleaning

Drug enhancing viagra etc

Drug paraphernalia

Drugs

Exotic pets

Fake, replica or anything violating trademarks

Hate organization

Identifiable money scams

Karats

Licence keys for software

Lottery tickets

Money/Loans

Monkeys (the law varies in countries, but we like animals and think these should be left in the wild)

Do not think for one moment that by purchasing any paid advertisement relating to the above topics that your ad will be approved and/or accepted. The payment will be reversed and you will simply lose your payment gateway charges.

Miscellaneous

If part of the Terms should be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the provisions in question would be deemed unwritten, without questioning the validity of the remaining provisions will continue to apply between Advertisers and PostAds.
